What should I do if my goods are damaged?
Silver Sentiments guarantees that if any of our items prove to be faulty or damaged in the post we will replace the damaged item with a brand new one or provide you with a refund. Please email or phone to describe what the problem is and we will advise you what to do. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
What if I don’t like the product?
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us with your order details and we will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods. For hygiene reasons, certain individual products such as earrings, cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We have described the goods on our website as accurately as possible. With some items such as the semi-precious stones, weights and dimensions vary. All the figures shown are approximate.
Informaiton that is gathered from visitors
