Lopsided Mother of Pearl Triangular Pendant with Topaz

This modern pendant is certainly a talking point.  It consists of a triangular section of Mother of Pearl which has been framed in silver.  The substantial bail is hinged so that it fits flat against the chest and there is a silver-framed Topaz suspended underneath.  
 
There are Mother of Pearl earrings and rings which would look good with this pendant.
